Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to maintain a clean and organized workspace Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in designated storage areas. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards. Assist with kitchen maintenance tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning surfaces and emptying trash receptacles. Follow proper sanitation procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Assist kitchen staff with other duties as needed. Required experience Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive taks. Attention to detail and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures. Physical stamina and the ability to life heavy objects. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. This job description outlines the basic duties and requirements for a dishwasher position.
